• Time Limit: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

If any such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately closed, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.

Either you or bala bet may close the account:

• At the user's request: You can permanently or temporarily close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
• From bala bet: bala bet reserves the right to close any account at any time without notice due to terms violations, fraud, unverified information, or legal reasons.
• Inactive Accounts: An account may be declared inactive if there are no transactions for 12 months.
